What We Treat

At SpineCare Physio, we treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the neck, back, shoulder, knee and ankle, as well as neuropathic pain, such as sciatica. We specialise in back pain and provide post-operative rehabiltation if you choose to address your pain surgically.

No matter what your specific needs may be, our team is here to help you find relief and improve your overall quality of life!

What We Offer

Initial Assessment

The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to discuss your concerns and symptoms with one of our qualified physiotherapists.

We will take a detailed history of your condition, including any relevant medical history, before conducting a thorough physical examination to assess your range of motion, flexibility, strength, posture and your gait.

We will then use this information to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals, and provide you with advice on how to manage your condition.

Exercise Prescription

Our physiotherapists provide personalised exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and overall function.

We take into account individusl needs and goals, provide guidance and instructions on correct exercise technique, and monitor progress throughout treatment.

Electrotherapy

Our clinic offers electrotherapy, which uses electrical stimulation to help reduce pain, improve blood flow, and promote healing.

Our electrotherapy modalities such as ultrasound and shockwave therapy are used to provide a non-invasive and effective approach to managing various conditions.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy involves the use of hands-on techniques to manipulate the soft tissues and joints of the body.

Our physiotherapists are trained in a variety of manual therapy techniques such as mobilisations and soft tissue release to help reduce pain, improve range of motion, and restore function to the affected area. We will use a combination of manual therapy techniques as well as exercise and education to achieve the best possible outcome.
